How it works

The Yocan Evolve limited edition is an easy to use wax pen with only a single button for functionality. To turn on the pen quickly click the button 5 times, once it is on you will begin filling. First, unscrew the mouthpiece to show the atomizer, then unscrew the atomizer to expose the heating chamber. There you will see the double quarts coils. Place a rice-size amount of wax on the coils making sure not to overpack it and ensuring the product is only on the coils.

Make sure that the wax is secure to the coils, to do this press the button a couple of times slowly to melt it around the coils. This will ensure that it holds to the coils as much as possible so when you go from a vertical to a horizontal position it is not falling on the side of the vaporizer leading to dry coiling. Once you are ready, you will place the mouthpiece back on and hold down the button while inhaling and letting go when done. When your session is over quickly press the button 5 times and the device will turn off. 

Heating and Temperature

The Yocan Evolve limited edition like the original Evolve is equipped with a 650 mah battery that is rechargeable with a micro USB. The Evolve does not hold any temperature controls but is controlled using a single push of a button. The Evolve will heat up until you release the button or will automatically stop heating after 10 seconds to preserve battery life and not overheat. 

Design 

The Yocan Evolve is a sturdy well put together device that has a three-piece system, composed of the battery, atomizer, and mouthpiece. There is an atomizer cap that really helps with the spills and splatters making the pen much more effective. Standing at 120mm or just about 4 inches this pen is perfect for portability. It has a sturdy build so there will be no worries about damages. 

Vape Quality and performance

Like any pen when you increase the temperature you risk flavor for cloud production. Although this pen does not have a temperature regulator the longer you hold the button down the hotter it gets, in turn, giving you the same effect of risking flavor for cloud production. If you hold down the button for 3-5 seconds you should get the best out of your wax. There is no wick or cotton only coil which decreases the burnt taste over time. Remembering that It will start to gunk up over time which will eventually start to mess with the flavor.
