How will I know my order has been received?
Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation and order number. You will also receive an email with a tracking reference once your order has been shipped. If you need to get in contact, please quote your order number.
What about packaging?
All orders from Lifted will be discreetly packaged, your product will arrive in a plain or padded envelope or box. There are no labels on the packaging except delivery address and inside your envelope or box will be your product and invoice.
Are products on the website the exact same as what you will receive?
Yes. All product photographs are taken in house, otherwise they come directly from the supplier. All photos online are genuine photographs of products from our inventory. Occasionally suppliers ever so slightly alter their design, for example a small colour or logo change. If a product significantly changes then we will update the photo.
Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. box address?
Standard International and Signed-For Registered mail can be delivered to P.O. Boxes, with the latter accepting a signature from a staff member at the P.O. Box depot.
Express Courier companies such as FedEx or UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. FedEx and UPS require a customer signature to release the package. It is possible to arrange with the courier company to have parcels delivered without signatures. However, this needs to be specially arranged and authorized between the customer and the courier company.
Can I order from my resident country?
Yes, we ship worldwide however we strongly recommend you check your own country/state laws. All products sold on the website are legal for sale in the US, we can however not be held responsible for persons who choose to act in conflict of their national laws. Nor do we encourage them to do so.
Our system may not allow certain items to be ordered outside of the US as they conflict with international laws.
I would like to buy large amounts; can I get a discount?
Feel free to email us with your request and we will try our best to accommodate you.
How long will my order take to arrive?
If you pay by credit card your order should be sent out within the same day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped with a tracking reference. You may use this to track the progress of your parcel.
Please note that packages can take longer to arrive overseas. If an item in your order happens to be temporarily out of stock we will do our very best to ship restocked items as soon as possible.
